The Nuts and Bolts:
You log in to The "iTelemarketer" system and your PC rings like a phone, at which time you will see a control panel that has controls such as Pause, Resume, Call Transfer, park call and more.
Once logged in up to 3 lines dial on your lead database per user. We can supply the leads or you can use any source you like.
When a live client answers you get a screen pop that shows the clients data and the client is live with you on the phone and you hear them through your PC using a headset, no phone line required for the rep.
After you speak with the client you disposition the call as:
Sold, Call Back (set a date and time for the system to recall), Not Interested, Bogus Data, and more. The system automatically dispositions "No Answer" calls and disconnected calls because the rep only receives the live calls.
Full reporting is available in your control panel for all lead types, lead vendors, and overall disposition totals. No more guessing find out what leads work and what leads don't.
Other Features:
No more leaving messages: Pre record a message and when the system encounters an answering machine the message will be played, the client experiences the message as if you personally left the message, saves a lot of time. Generates a great deal of callbacks of interested clients.
Auto Responders:
Just like clockwork. At 11pm every evening an automatic email is sent out on your behalf to all clients that were called but did not answer. Here is an example email (can be customized)
